Workshop Cancellations
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, if you make a cancellation or do not attend a class. However, if you are unable to attend a class, course or workshop, you may transfer your booking to a family member or friend. If you wish to do this, you must inform us in advanced by emailing [email protected].
If in the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to bad weather, or other uncontrollable events, you will receive a credit to take another class at a later date (in-person or virtual).
In fairness to all of our customers we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness, travel, or work hours. If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a relative or friend!

2 day Children's Summer Fashion camp - Come and have fun in this 2 day fashion sewing camp for creative fashionistas.
What's Included?
All supplies & use of the sewing machines are included in the cost.
We'll be making lovely summer projects from a selection of fabrics provided.
What we will cover?
How to layout and pin the pattern onto the fabric
How to cut out a pattern accurately
Sewing Skills to achieve straight seams.
Understand pattern terminology.
Garment construction
Children must be able to:
*Threading a machine
*Wind the bobbin
*Understand seam allowances
Lunch: Please bring a packed lunch and enough to drink to keep hydrated especially if the weather is hot.
Important Note: We will, weather permitting, walk to Langton Gardens situated behind Fairkytes to eat lunch. If you have any concerns please send me an email. [email protected]
All supplies and machines are provided but if you have a specific sewing pattern and/or fabric you would like to use, feel free to bring it along. If it is suitable for the project we will use it.
